Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend for extended periods
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service if applicable

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed
- Assist servers with guest requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests
- Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Change kegs and monitor inventory levels
- Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods
