Job Requirements
- High school completion or equivalent
- one to three years food service experience preferred
- safe server alcohol and food handlers certification required
- california rbs certification required
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs occasionally
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs frequently
- manual dexterity
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- regular attendance and punctuality
- compliance with resort rules and regulations
- willingness to work varying schedules based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school completion or equivalent

- good communication skills both verbal and written
- basic computational ability
- knowledge of table and bar service
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation
- must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- knowledge of and ability to operate all outlet equipment including coffee maker and cash terminals
- knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations
Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
- ensure guest satisfaction with their food
- ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
- replenishes guest water
- makes and pours coffee
- clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware
- cleans tables, chairs and floor area
- resets table quickly
- restocks busing stations regularly polishing silverware, folding napkins, and stocking with china, glassware, ice and clearing trays
- assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
- be responsible for handling of all equipment and linens
- ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
- responsible for the proper handling of all food and equipment
- all other duties assigned by restaurant managers and supervisors
