Job Requirements
- High school completion or an equivalent level of education required
- one to three years food service experience preferred
- safe server alcohol and food handlers certification required
- certified california rbs
- must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- good communication skills
- must possess basic computational ability
- knowledge of table and bar service
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation
- able to operate all equipment related to the outlet including coffee maker and cash terminals
- knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- must be able to work in extreme temperatures
- able to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs occasionally
- able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs frequently
- ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally
- manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- ability to work primarily with fingers to pick, pinch, type and carry out substantial movements of wrists and hands
- maintenance of neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
- ensure guest satisfaction with their food
- ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
- replenishes guest water
- makes and pours coffee
- clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware
- cleans tables, chairs and floor area
- resets table quickly
- restocks busing stations regularly polishing silverware, folding napkins, and stocking with China, glassware, ice and clearing trays
- assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
- be responsible for handling of all equipment and linens
- ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
- responsible for the proper handling of all food and equipment
- all other duties assigned by Restaurant Managers and Supervisors
