Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with guests when needed
- Provide a friendly, professional demeanor and assist servers
- Clean tables by removing plates, utensils, and drinkware
- Sanitize all table surfaces and reset tables promptly
- Clean various restaurant areas and empty trash cans
- Expedite and run food to correct tables
- Notify management of facility issues and clean up spills immediately
- Inspect restrooms regularly for cleanliness
- Assist with greeting guests and taking drink orders
- Support servers by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties
