Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable personal transportation
- ability to travel frequently within assigned market or region
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry
- prior experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role is a bonus
- tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications
- comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms
- dependable and prepared with strong work ethic
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- effective communication skills and comfortable interacting with people online and in person
Job Duties
- Assist the Operations team in preparing homes for guest check in and check out
- frequently travel between units delivering supplies to housekeepers, maintenance teams, and others
- remove trash from homes
- perform basic maintenance tasks such as appliance, cable, and wifi troubleshooting
- clean hot tubs
- replace light bulbs
- maintain and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory
- assist housekeeping by completing cleans
- maintain company Standard Unit Appearance by correcting inconsistencies in homes
- establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local team members and regional leadership
- provide cross-coverage for team members
- perform other duties as assigned
