Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior relevant experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to move and transport goods efficiently
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months of prior relevant experience in high-volume restaurant settings preferred
- Previous experience as a busser or server assistant preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Properly receive and store goods using proper rotation and organization
- Break down and dispose of boxes and packaging to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Ensure all receiving paperwork is accurately organized for management
- Take inventory of products in designated areas and communicate with management
- Move and transport goods efficiently between multiple hotel locations
- Replenish and maintain proper product levels throughout the venue
- Assist in restocking products and wipe down and restock table condiments and service ware
- Collaborate and follow prep and par lists to ensure proper product transfer
- Wrap, label, and date all food products according to SNHD standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following SNHD guidelines
- Understand and recite food regulations and assist in training new employees
