Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations positively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Integrity and reliability
Available nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver concessions items including utensils, sauces, and napkins to guests following In Seat Dining procedures
Work closely with expediter to ensure simultaneous, high-quality, and timely food delivery
Double check orders for accuracy and communicate with kitchen, expediter, and supervisors if issues arise
Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling opportunities
Clean auditoriums by removing dishes, trash, and providing managers with found items
Assist team members by scanning tickets, cleaning, restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
Navigate and resolve guest complaints or escalate to proper resources if needed
Communicate with management regarding any movie projection issues
Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures
Acknowledge guests by Cinepolis standards
Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
