Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of carrying plates and trays weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by management
- Flexible to work outside regular business hours including early mornings and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs of the shift
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure that plates are presented correctly and meet quality standards before reaching guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and timely service
- Maintain clean and organized service areas and side stations throughout the shift
- Train on and assist with expo, helping to control the flow of the kitchen
- Assist with large parties, special dining experiences, and private events as required
- Support bussers and servers in ensuring guest satisfaction and overall service flow
