Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older refer to your state guidelines
1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
Servsafe food handling and alcohol training certifications required
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees guests and management
Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing
Available nights holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver concessions items kitchen items and bar items to guests including utensils sauces and napkins while embodying nice and amazing service by following all in seat dining procedures
Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen expediter supervisors if they are not
Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions add-ons or upselling demonstrating knowledge of menu and cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
Clean auditoriums removing all dishes trash and providing managers with any found items
Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise
Complete all opening mid and closing procedures including but not limited to other duties
Acknowledge guest by cinepolis standards
Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
