Job Duties
- deliver items promptly and accurately to guest rooms and various departments
- assist housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front desk teams as needed
- maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
- ensure safety by following company policies and procedures
- handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, carrying, reaching, kneeling, and navigating service areas
- inspect and manage tools and equipment necessary for duties
