Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift
- Run food from the kitchen and deliver food to guests' tables in timely manner
- Assist with preparing appetizers and assist sous chefs with other food prep
- Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring crudite, water and bread to the tables
- Clear table after guests leave, take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop
- Respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests. Communicate these requests to server immediately
- Communicate with server, host and Maitre' D to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with larger parties and peak periods
- Thank guests as they are leaving
- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
- Be a team player
- help out fellow staff whenever possible
