Job Duties
- Take ownership of the cafe spaces' aesthetics
- Run orders to tables during the week
- Buss items back to the back-of-house space
- Replenish water and cutlery stations
- Set tables and take orders from customers on weekends
- Upsell and encourage guests to try best selling items
- Ensure return visitors through warm hospitality and impeccable service
- Navigate the Toast POS system to accurately ring up orders
- Make decisions to ensure guest happiness, team success, and company profitability
- Monitor cleanliness of cups, napkins, and restrooms
- Investigate and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with restocking at the end of shifts
