Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins
- work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times by double checking orders and communicating with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if issues arise
- guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling
- clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash and providing managers with any found items
- assist team members with scanning tickets, cleaning, restroom checks, and ringing up guests
- navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to the proper resource
- communicate with management about movie projection issues
- complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures
- acknowledge guests according to Cinepolis standards
- attend and participate in trainings and meetings
