Job Requirements

Ability to move with agility stand for extended periods and bend as necessary

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of food running experience in the hospitality industry
Exceptional command of the English language both written and spoken

Job Duties

Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain a high level of communication with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
Uphold Chotto Matte's rigorous standards of service food presentation and cleanliness
Ensure all food is handled safely and complies with health sanitation and food safety protocols
Quickly adapt to changes in orders or special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area including the kitchen pass and service stations
Adhere to personal hygiene and uniform standards always setting a professional example
