Job Description
The Runner supports the local Operations team by handling a variety of essential tasks that keep vacation properties in optimal condition and guest ready. This role involves light maintenance duties such as troubleshooting appliances, cable, and wifi, cleaning hot tubs, and replacing light bulbs. Additionally, the Runner assists housekeeping teams by preparing homes for guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining cleanliness, and occasionally completing cleans when needed. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry
- prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping a bonus
- tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
- reliable personal transportation
- flexibility to work varying schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- assist the Operations team in the local market, preparing homes for guest check in and check out
- frequently travel between units delivering supplies to housekeepers, maintenance teams and others
- aid guests and run errands as required
- perform basic maintenance and tasks in homes including appliance, cable and wifi troubleshooting
- remove trash from homes
- order, maintain and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory
- complete housekeeping cleans as needed
- maintain company Standard Unit Appearance
- provide cross coverage to team members when necessary
- establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local and regional teams
- perform other duties as assigned
