Job Requirements

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Flexible work schedule availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
Good physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Run food to guests' tables accurately and promptly
Pack takeout orders with attention to detail and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations
Follow Din Tai Fung Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
Uphold a positive and professional attitude while engaging with guests and team members
Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
