Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- physical ability to handle prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- food handler’s and state alcohol certificate
- hospitality minded attitude
- friendly, outgoing and guest focused
- able to take direction and work together as a team
- work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitude
- prepare drinks at drink station for guests
- prepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guests
- execute daily food/beverage preparation list
- practice high food safety guidelines and standards
- know the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per item
- maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
- complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
- other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
