Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of relevant experience as a runner or expo
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational skills
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

At least one full year as a runner or an expo in a contemporary chef-driven full-service restaurant
Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Knowledge of steps of service and food safety standards
Ability to address problems quickly and effectively
Flexible schedule and open availability
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Provide timely and efficient food delivery from kitchen to guests
Support servers by refilling water and assisting with clearing tables
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Anticipate guest and team needs to enhance the dining experience
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
