Job Duties
- Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to verify portion, presentation and guest's specifications
- Set up and stock product for each shift and maintain backup storage
- Clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils and tools
- Organize and deliver dishes to guests efficiently and courteously
- Handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM method
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection in all tasks
