Job Duties
- Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guest's specifications
- responsible for all aspects of food delivery including set up and stock product for each shift
- maintain backup storage
- clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils and tools
- organize and deliver dishes to guests
- handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management)
- communicate clearly through writing and speaking
