Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- physical ability to lift moderate weights and be on feet for long periods
- flexible schedule availability
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Interacting with guests throughout the shift
- preparing guest plates
- running food
- maintaining the stock and cleanliness of the salad bar
- maintaining the stock and cleanliness of the serving station
- maintaining the stock and cleanliness of the dessert house
- maintaining the stock and cleanliness of the drink stations
- preparing and running to-go orders
- serving menu and dessert items
- preparing beverages
- maintaining the cleanliness of all guest areas
- assisting with food prep
- assisting with unloading deliveries
