Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hamburger University certification
  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum one year of experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Open availability to work varied shifts
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • Leading and coaching a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant objectives
  • Setting goals for Department Managers, tracking progress, and providing guidance to improve their areas
  • Driving overall restaurant success through team performance
  • Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future
  • Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Managing day-to-day restaurant operations for optimum profitability
