Job Duties
- Leading and coaching a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant objectives
- Setting goals for Department Managers, tracking progress, and providing guidance to improve their areas
- Driving overall restaurant success through team performance
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future
- Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations for optimum profitability
