Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days
- Ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional interaction skills with guests and team members
- Availability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including nights, mornings, weekends, holidays
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment

- 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days
- Ability to successfully complete Culinary Academy within 12 months
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment while performing job duties
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Perform basic to intermediate food preparation and cooking duties including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients
- Prepare salads and cold foods
- Fry, stock, and batch cook
- Assemble, garnish, and finalize presentation of completed dishes
- Use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils including ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, and knives safely
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment working closely with stewards
- Learn to perform more advanced kitchen and cooking duties and assist other members of the culinary team
- Assist in storing and rotating all inventories as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Work at other kitchens or venues as assigned based on business needs
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
