Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of related restaurant operations experience
  • preferred three years of supervisor experience
  • ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
  • proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • general knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
  • willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of progressively responsible, related restaurant operations experience
  • preferred three years of supervisor experience
  • ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
  • office skills including ability to use standard office equipment and general knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
  • ability to interact with and understand the interests of stakeholders at all levels
  • effective communication skills before groups of guests or team members
  • ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, using hands to handle objects, operating a computer/POS, lifting up to 25 pounds with assistance

Job Duties

  • Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

  • oversee daily operations of the venue to support the venue’s concept, maintain menu and product knowledge, lead shift meetings, conduct training, and perform opening and closing duties as needed
  • ensure the highest level of guest service is achieved and maintained and assist in providing timely, positive resolution to guest issues and concerns
  • assist management in developing venue budget, operating the venue within established budgetary guidelines, evaluating financial reports, and adjusting operations as needed to achieve financial goals
  • manage team member scheduling and venue inventories to meet business demands and attain budgeted goals through effective cost controls
  • develop initiatives and promotions to increase sales, control costs, and manage inventories
  • maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
  • maintain complete knowledge of restaurant to include service standards, menu items, beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
  • establish, update, and ensure full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned
