Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hotel or residential certification or degree
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- must be able to endure physical movements including standing walking and sitting for long periods
- must maintain a well-groomed professional appearance
- strong attention to detail speed and accuracy
- good communication skills
- capable of maintaining confidentiality
- must be able to work with minimal supervision
- required to speak read and write the local language
- preferred fluency in additional languages

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents offering assistance and personalizing every interaction when possible
- clean and maintain floors including vacuuming dusting and mopping as needed
- dust and polish all furniture chairs tables lamps and bookcases daily
- spot clean woodwork
- clean chairs and upholstery on a regular schedule
- clean all windows as needed checking daily for fingerprints
- frequently clean front doors removing smudges and fingerprints
- refresh and clean washrooms between use
- shine brass and chrome fixtures touching up as needed
- frequently clean lobby and public spaces throughout the day refreshing and staging pillows and furnishings as needed
- maintain high touch and traffic areas including entrances guest elevators door frames corridors and light switches
- empty trashcans at least twice daily
- handle all resident requests with urgency and professionalism
- assist with directions and escorting when needed
- deliver all incoming mail packages dry cleaning flowers and food deliveries to residents units or homes
- communicate effectively about routine or emergency maintenance
- assist with move-in orientation for new residents
- support arrival and departure needs including transportation packages home provisions and setup
- maintain daily amenity offerings including setup cleaning and staging of public areas and gym
- wash and place used cups dishes and cutlery
- maintain office and back of house cleanliness
- collaborate with engineering to support back of house and loading dock cleanliness and projects
