Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary industry
- valid Utah state food handler's permit or SafeServe Certificate
- ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs
- capacity to perform frequent up/down, twisting, and repetitive movements
- availability for seasonal employment from November 2025 to April 2026

- able to withstand frequent up/down, twisting, and repetitive movements
Job Duties
- Operate the kitchen with great attention to food quality, taste, and presentation
- develop new menu items in conjunction with the sous chef
- carry out administrative functions including forecasting, payroll, scheduling, recruiting, training, supervising, and discipline
- direct, motivate, and train kitchen personnel
- ensure proper maintenance of operations, equipment, and facility
- maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in accordance with health codes
- perform other duties as assigned
