Job Requirements
- Solid customer service operational skills preferred
- Superior guest interaction skills preferred
- Preferably prior experience in bussing and/or restaurants
- Physical demands include standing, climbing or balancing, crouching or kneeling occasionally
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques required

Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect tables and chairs
- Maintain a clean work environment in the front of house
- Replenish all supplies including grill plates, utensils, and dinnerware
- Clean grill hoods and prepare grill foundations before opening hours
- Scrape and clean inside grills
- Send all dirty grease and coal racks to the dishwasher
- Maintain a positive environment and be courteous to customers
- Operate dish carts
- Clean windows and sweep floors inside the restaurant
- Change bus towels every hour
- Empty bus tubs at delivery station
- Refill water and iced tea containers
- Run dirty water containers through the dishwasher
- Check restrooms and restock toilet paper and paper towels
- Take dirty grill racks to the back and replace with clean ones
- Take out trash and wash trash bins on bus cart to dry overnight
- Break down the bus cart and clean everything with disinfectant
- Separate coal racks and rocks into separate containers
- Soak rocks in salt water bath
- Send inserts through the dishwasher for cleaning
- Bring stools inside and stack carefully to the side
- Disassemble hoods and send to dishwasher
- Prepare a container for hood pieces after washing
- Sweep and mop floors with cleaning solution
