Job Requirements
- Previous experience in bussing or restaurant service preferred
- ability to stand, climb, balance
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- good vision including near, far, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- use of proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
- physical stamina and capability to perform essential job functions

Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect tables and chairs
- maintain a clean work environment in front of house
- restock all supplies including grill plates, utensils, dishes, etc.
- clean hoods and set up grill bases before opening hours as well as scrape and clean grill interiors
- send all dirty grease and charcoal holders to the dishwasher
- maintain a positive attitude and be courteous to customers
- bus the dishes
- clean windows and sweep floors inside the restaurant
- change two bus towels every hour
- empty bus tubs at the delivery station
- refill water and iced tea containers
- run dirty water containers through the dishwasher
- check bathrooms, clean stalls, restock toilet paper and paper towels
- take dirty grill racks to the back and replace them with new ones
- take out trash and wash the trash cans on the bus cart to dry overnight
- break down the bus cart and clean everything with disinfectant
- separate charcoal racks and rocks into separate containers by soaking rocks in saltwater bath and sending inserts through the dishwasher
- take stools inside and stack neatly to the side
- disassemble hoods and send them to the dishwasher
- prepare a container for the hood pieces after washing
- sweep and mop floors with cleaning solution
