Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing, balancing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- vision capabilities including near and far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- knowledge of proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
- adherence to sanitation and safety policies
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prefer solid customer service operations skills
- superior guest interaction skills preferred
- preferably previous experience as busser and/or in a restaurant

Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect tables and chairs
- maintain a clean front-of-house work environment
- restock all supplies including grill plates, utensils, and dishware
- clean ventilation hoods and prepare grill bases before opening hours
- scrape and clean inside of grills
- send dirty grease and charcoal holders through dishwasher
- maintain a positive environment and be courteous to customers
- operate dish cart
- clean windows and sweep floors within the restaurant
- change bus towels every hour
- empty bus buckets at delivery station
- refill water and iced tea containers
- send dirty water containers through dishwasher
- check restrooms, clean stalls, restock toilet paper and paper towels
- bring dirty grill holders to back and replace with new ones
- take out trash and wash trash cans on the cart to dry overnight
- break down bus cart and disinfect everything
- separate charcoal holders and rocks into separate containers
- soak rocks in salted water bath
- send inserts through dishwasher for cleaning
- bring stools inside and stack carefully
- disassemble ventilation hoods and send to dishwasher
- prepare container to place hood pieces after washing
- sweep and mop floors with cleaning solution
