Job Duties
- perform patron support and craft and trades duties that are not higher or equivalent to hpp 2
- prepare and serve simple foods and beverages
- operate cash register or other sales related equipment
- assess customer needs by actively listening and providing solutions
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area
- maintain required documentation and prepare daily cash reports
- stock and replenish merchandise and retail supplies
- resolve customer complaints and promote a welcoming environment
- actively communicate and promote the benefits of the military star credit card
