Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the Express to let them know you’ll be right with them
- listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- maintain merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor to support sales growth
- stay up to date on product trends and customer preferences
