Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the Express to let them know you'll be right with them
- Listen to customer needs
- ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Maintain merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor to support sales growth
