Job Description

Job Duties
- may operate an oven roller grill or other kitchen equipment where set procedures are followed and where cooking skills are not involved
- serves and prepares heat and eat items including pizza hot dogs and snack items with condiments or complementary foods
- ensures heat and eat items are properly heated or cooled as appropriate
- maintains required level of sanitation and cleanliness of work area
- maintains required documentation checks returned inventory prepares daily cash report and other related documentation
- may take merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and displays and replenishes merchandise neatly and per instructions
- may ring sales on cash register and handles cash credit card and check transactions including making change and entering new accounts
- assists in stock availability by taking periodic stock counts advising management of slow moving or defective merchandise and resolves customer complaints at lowest level
- stocks appropriate food or retail supplies prior to selling period replenishes items as required and assists in maintaining retail shelf labels and price verification
- provides high level customer satisfaction through excellent service greets customers upon contact or line of sight actively engages and builds trust and delivers personalized customer experience
- actively communicates and promotes benefits of Military Star credit card to drive sales and customer loyalty
- performs other related duties as assigned
