Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen and sales equipment
- Basic food preparation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation guidelines
- Flexibility to work in multiple facilities as assigned

Job Duties
- Perform patron support and craft & trades duties not exceeding HPP 2 level
- Prepare and serve simple foods and beverages including heating and serving heat and eat items
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and roller grills following set procedures
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workspace
- Handle cash transactions, operate cash register and related sales equipment
- Stock and replenish merchandise and retail supplies
- Assist in inventory management including stock counts and documentation
- Actively promote the Military Star credit card to drive sales growth
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
