- ability to perform manual tasks such as stocking and food preparation

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or food service advantageous
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to operate kitchen or sales equipment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work under supervision and follow set procedures
- basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices
Job Duties
- perform patron support and craft and trades duties not higher or equivalent to HPP 2
- prepare and serve simple foods and beverages
- operate a cash register or other sales related equipment
- assess customer needs by actively listening and providing solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- maintain required level of sanitation and cleanliness of work area
- maintain required documentation such as daily cash reports and check returned inventory
- take merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and replenish merchandise in a neat and presentable manner
