Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic food preparation experience
- prior retail or cashier experience
- ability to follow set procedures and safety standards
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate cash register and sales equipment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work multiple shifts
- physical ability to lift and stock merchandise

- basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and roller grills following set procedures
- prepare and serve heat and eat food items including pizza and hot dogs
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas
- document and reconcile inventory and cash reports
- stock and display merchandise on sales floors
- operate cash registers and handle sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
- conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory management
- resolve customer complaints and promote a welcoming environment
- actively promote Military Star credit card to customers to increase sales
