Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate oven, roller grill, or other kitchen equipment following set procedures
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent listening skills to assess customer needs
- ability to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in retail or food service environments
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in retail or food service helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Operate oven or roller grill according to set procedures
- prepare and serve heat and eat items including pizza, hot dogs, and snacks
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area
- complete required documentation including daily cash reports and inventory checks
- take merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and replenish displays
- operate cash register and handle sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
- conduct stock counts and advise management on inventory issues
- resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and engaging effectively
- promote Military Star credit card to drive sales growth
- perform other related duties as assigned
