Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow set procedures for food preparation

- Willingness to work in multiple facilities as assigned

Job Duties
- Operate oven, roller grill, or other kitchen equipment under set procedures
- Serve and prepare heat and eat items such as pizza, hot dogs, and snack items with condiments
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards of the work area
- Prepare daily cash report, manage returned inventory, and handle related documentation
- Transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and replenish displays
- Ring sales on cash register or other equipment, handle payments including cash, credit cards, and checks
- Take periodic stock counts and report inventory issues
- Resolve customer complaints at the lowest level and escalate when necessary
- Stock food or retail supplies prior to selling periods
- Promote the Military Star credit card benefits to customers to drive sales
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
