Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries
- Strong leadership track record
- Impeccable client and customer relationship record
- Experience managing revenue, budget, and profit and loss accounts
- Proficiency with industry software such as YARDI
- Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional appearance

Job Duties
- Ability to travel among a portfolio of properties within Boca Raton
- Lead by example and serve as a role model for Bozzuto's core values and culture
- Execute sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals
- Manage the financial performance of properties
- Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and loyalty with residents, clients, and team members
- Maintain expert-level competitive marketplace intelligence
- Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies
- Ensure consistent guest satisfaction resulting in outstanding customer ratings and community reviews
- Work weekends when prospective residents are looking for their new home, typically one weekend per month with two days off during the week
- Inspire the professional growth and development of all team members
- Assist team members with various tasks, demonstrating that no job is below your pay grade
