Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- able to pass background and drug screening if required
- physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer focus
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- enjoys interacting with guests in person or by phone
- concierge and/or sales experience preferred
- able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- maintains professional and courteous demeanor
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals
- always follows company policies and safety procedures
