Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales or customer service experience
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • able to pass background and drug screening if required
  • physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong customer focus
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
  • enjoys interacting with guests in person or by phone
  • concierge and/or sales experience preferred
  • able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • able to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
  • maintains professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcomes and greets guests and anticipates their needs
  • interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contributes to team goals
  • always follows company policies and safety procedures
