Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Ability to work the 4:00pm to 12:30am shift
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to travel between two work locations
- Reliable transportation if required for travel between sites
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures accurately
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- Notify manager of minor or major repairs or additions needed
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
- Move items to clean areas manually or using hand trucks
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors
- Gather and empty trash
- Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Work between two locations with mileage paid from location to location
