Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable
- ability to work independently and efficiently in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry heavy units up to 45 lbs with or without accommodation
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle multiple times per day
- ability to work 45 hours or more weekly with variable schedules
- must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- clean driving record as defined by company standards
- must be 21 years old or older
- proficiency in English for effective communication
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable
- strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently across weather conditions
- effective customer interaction skills in various settings
- physical ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily up to 45 lbs
- capability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles 40-55 times daily
- ability to work an average of 45 hours or more including variable start/end times
- ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- clean driving record within the last three years with no major violations
- must be 21 years or older
- strong English language communication skills
Job Duties
- operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including no use of electronic devices while driving
- provide courteous and professional customer service
- deliver correct products to locations within scheduled timeframes
- maintain delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide solutions to leadership
- support team members and assist when needed
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning adhering to quality standards
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell products and services to meet monthly customer acquisition goals
