Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid driver’s license
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs routinely and occasionally lift over 50 lbs
- Ability to load and unload products without assistance
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching
- Excellent driving record
- Customer service experience
- Strong math and computer skills
- Demonstrated sales experience preferred

- Demonstrated experience selling services or products and generating new business preferred

Job Duties
- Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation
- Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
- Load and unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed
- Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability
- Develop leads and prospects, solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts
- Assist the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business
- Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods clearly to customers
- Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly
- Take responsibility for personal and others' safety using proper tools and adhering to safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of activities
