Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card
  • Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods and perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
  • Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting around 6am
  • Physical and mental ability to meet essential job functions

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
  • Ability to work closely with customers and sales teams
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform training duties
  • Familiarity with route sales operations and merchandising

Job Duties

  • Provide vacation relief for Route Sales Professionals and Loaders
  • Assist the Sales Leadership Team in day-to-day operations and issues as needed
  • Assist with the training of new Route Sales Professionals
  • Deliver fresh product to existing customers on open routes until new RSPs are trained
  • Assist with rack resets
  • Partner with Route Sales Professionals to create alignment in account chains
  • Manage route operation activity including ordering, distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations
  • Communicate with customers to assist them in understanding promotional activity and delivery expectations
  • Ensure product distribution meets customer satisfaction and contract terms
  • Assist customer relations with selling new products and space/position gains
  • Provide a high level of customer service and resolve customer issues as they arise
  • Adjust work location based on staffing needs
