Job Requirements
- Full-time availability between 4 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and weekends
- solid work history with one plus years in merchandising or route sales
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and perform frequent handling activities
- high school diploma or GED
- successful completion of background check, drug screen, and DOT medical card
- clean driving record and current driving abstract
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver bulky racks
- highly organized and effective communicator
- reliability and adherence to company core values
- union membership with Teamsters Local 117
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one plus years of experience in merchandising or route sales
- experience in bread, bakery, or food industry preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- strong organizational and time management skills
- reliable, safe, and positive work history
Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining bakery products in assigned stores
- stocking shelves and rotating outdated products to ensure freshness
- facing products to present bakery items attractively
- maintaining neat and orderly appearance of bakery displays
- driving company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations
- loading and unloading product in company issued vehicle including pushing and pulling racks and trays
- performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
