Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time between 4 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and weekends
- Solid work history with at least 1 year in a similar position
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Obtain DOT medical card
- Clean driving record with the ability to provide current driving abstract
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and handle bulky product racks
- Maintain a positive, reliable, and safe work approach
- Adhere to Franz core values
- Union membership with Teamsters Local 117
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising or route sales
- Experience in bread, bakery, or food industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proven reliability and safety-conscious work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain bakery products in assigned stores including stocking shelves
- Rotate outdated products to ensure freshness
- Face products to create appealing displays
- Maintain neat and orderly product appearance
- Drive company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations
- Load and unload bakery products in company vehicle
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
