Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a solid work history with at least one year at previous employers
- Must have sales experience, industry experience preferred
- Must have a proven safe work history
- Must be able to pass pre-employment math test, background check, drug screen, and physical
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance
- Must have a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract at time of interview
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver bulky racks
- Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, reach, kneel, and squat while loading and unloading
- Must be able to communicate with clients in grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions
- Must be available to work between 2 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must uphold the company’s core values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid work history with one or more years at previous employers
- Sales experience is required, industry experience preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, managers, and supervisors in grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Load a delivery truck at a regional loading depot with various bakery products and deliver to retail and institutional customers
- Retrieve outdated bakery products from customers and return them to the regional loading depot
- Reorder bakery products and keep customers’ shelves adequately stocked and properly faced
- Meet or exceed budgeted objectives
- Perform all assigned job duties safely, courteously, and timely according to company guidelines
- Use handheld devices properly as per company guidelines
- Conduct pre-trip truck evaluations and load trucks according to Fleet Safety Policy
- Operate and maintain vehicle following Smith Driving System and Fleet Safety Policy
- Distribute products following Safe Work Methods and company guidelines
- Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
