Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- must adhere to federal, state, and local rules for operating a commercial motor vehicle
- must execute the best practices of RSR training after company paid training
- must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience
- delivery driver experience
- high school diploma or GED
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- professional appearance
- familiarity with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environments
Job Duties
- Order fresh baked products
- manage sales and deliveries
- build and maintain customer relationships
- inspect delivery vehicle and keep accurate records
- report maintenance issues
- fill out daily driver and time logs
- increase sales by expanding shelf space and product rotation
- display in-store promotions creatively
- work within customer designated service windows
- adhere to best practices of RSR training
- deliver products during early morning hours and non-traditional shifts
