Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license with a documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Adherence to federal, state, and local CMV operation regulations
- Completion of company paid 4-week RSR training
- Ability to regularly push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work early mornings and flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn about the bakery industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Order fresh baked products for delivery
- Manage sales and maintain customer relationships
- Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting
- Complete driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service accurately
- Work flexible hours including early mornings and non-traditional delivery times
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and setting up in-store promotions
- Rotate products to maximize shelf life and maintain product quality
