Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
- Must execute the best practices of RSR training after 4-week company paid training
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Check delivery vehicle daily and maintain accurate records
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and executing in-store promotions
- Ensure proper product rotation to maximize shelf life
- Work flexible hours including early morning start times
- Complete daily driver logs and report maintenance issues
